The combination of on-site and off-site endeavors has proved to be the most efficient one when providing services covering the complete project life cycle of organizations such as Begell House, VIACOM, CBS, etc. The activities are normally distributed as follows:

• Problem study is carried out on-site by a group of competent specialists from the Offsiteteam side or client's internal staff.
• Main development and factory testing is performed off-site. The customer is involved in the process through reports, intermediate builds and other deliverables available via email, FTP and through direct access to document management and bug tracking systems.
• Product delivery and deployment is carried out on-site by a group of competent specialists from the Offsiteteam side.

Methodology
