Order processing at Arnold Oil sales counters used to be complicated because a sales rep had to look for a part number in one catalog, and then cut and paste that part number into JD Edwards sales order to get pricing and subsequently place the order.
A new system was developed by Offsiteteam, which combined order processing in one place, automating the interface with Activant and JDE. Streamlined user interface and optimized performance now allows Arnold Oil to process 3-times as many orders in the same amount of time as before.
